When you contact me via the form on this website, I process the personal data you provide yourself, such as name, email address, company name and team size.
I use the data to handle your request, contact you and plan or discuss mindfulness workshops with you/your team.
The processing takes place in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract, in accordance with Article 6(1)(b) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
The data is collected via Netlify Forms and used to handle your request and the ongoing communication about the workshop.
In order to respond to your request and continue the dialogue, the data is also forwarded to and processed in Microsoft Outlook, which is my email client.
I do not sell your personal data and do not share it with others for their own marketing purposes.
I keep the personal data for as long as is necessary to handle your request and any ongoing customer relationship. When the data is no longer needed, it is deleted, unless there is a legal obligation to keep it longer.
You have the right to request information about what personal data I process about you. Under certain conditions, you may also request correction or deletion of your data and restriction of processing.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY) if you believe that your personal data is being processed in a way that infringes GDPR.
