About MIRK
Adults spend a significant part of their lives at work, making the workplace an important factor in overall well-being. Through mindfulness, MIRK aims to contribute to healthier workplaces and help reduce stress-related illness in society. While stress can arise from work as well as other aspects of life, we can strengthen our ability to respond to it. Mindfulness trains attention, helping us become less driven by autopilot and constant distractions. As we develop this skill, many people also experience greater calm, clarity and resilience in everyday life. Improved well-being in your team will in the long run favor your company and organization.

My name is Katja and I am MIRK's Mindfulness Facilitator. I am a certified yoga teacher and currently pursuing a Master's degree in Public Health. I have a daily Vipassana meditation practice, which has deepened my understanding of mindfulness and how we can relate to our thoughts and feelings.
I am passionate about occupational health and well-being, and I believe that stress reduction is a key foundation for improving health on both individual and societal levels. Through mindfulness, I aim to help people cultivate resilience and reduce stress to improve their overall well-being at work and in life.
